Nightingale's Hospice service was amazing. Individuals like Chipo, Cerenity, Tammy, Elizabeth and all the others who we worked with were supportive, compassionate and gracious in every way. Towards the end Cerenity would come almost every day and bathe Thressa (my sister-in-law), caring for her like she was her own beloved family member. My family had the privilege of working with Nightingale's Hospice during one of the most difficult times in our lives, as my grandmother received care in her final days. From the very beginning, their staff showed incredible compassion, patience, and respect-not just for her, but for our entire family. Tiffany listened to my needs and expectations for the care of my wife and I was not disappointed. She expedited the transport from the hospital and the nurse was here to meet my wife. From that moment they took care of her comfort, pain management and all of her needs. I appreciated their support during those difficult days.
I’d like to say that we are extremely happy with this company’s service,. They are so compassionate and comforting. We have an amazing team, our nurses Shane and Jesus are AMAZING, they are always available when we need them, and we have a wonderful lady, (Claudia) that showers our family member, she is so nice and does a wonderful job. I highly recommend this company to help your loved ones.
