Terrible place to work with as a patient. The workers are not properly trained, miss scheduled appointments, when I called to complain the director of nursing Richard was very rude and dismissed my concerns. Find another BEWARE!
I have come home recently from a rehabilitation hospital and needed home services to take care of physical therapy, occupational therapy, and bathing. I have been extremely happy with Nightingale. They have provided services professionally and with experience. Anna, Shannon, and Steve have been fully supportive of my physical therapy needs. Liz has also helped me out with occupational therapy. I have been especially thankful to Elizabeth for her help in bathing. I highly recommend Nightingale for home services!
