This company is atrocious. They left my elderly father without care (with no warning) after he returned from a hospital visit due to infections caused by their careless, unsanitary and lack to detail for his daily wound care So losing them as a home health care company was no great loss but very jaring at the time to think you had care to come home to and find out the next morning you do Not!
