Kelin is very good with explaining how to take my meds. She organizes everything and she spends time with me to ask about my health. I’m comfortable speaking to her regarding my health especially if I have any concerns regarding pain. Very professional individual she also speaks Spanish which is a plus.
This company is very good at what they do. And they appreciate their service and I wouldn't want it any other way.
I don't give credit when its not true. I would like to say that Amanda is wonderful. When it comes to my care and kit for wound she is very careful, I would say she is like a friend to me as we have conversations other than my care. She should be valued and not just given a certificate of some kind. I really hope the company has some sort of system that will allow them to not just get a certificate but to show how their staff is appreciated. Nightingale Home Care has been my Mother’s home health company since 2013, due to stubborn wounds and pressure ulcers due to diabetes. Kelin (her nurse) and Gary (her physical therapist) from the company has always been professional, prompt, and very attentive to my Mom’s health. I am convinced that they have worked alongside my mom’s doctors to extend her life, as well as uplifting her spirits! We have been under nightingales care since 2013. The nurses in this Home care are very caring, passionate and comforting. They go above and beyond for their patients and they are great with explaining. Since we have been with them, they have done a marvelous job showing my family and I what signs to look for with my husband, to know if something is wrong.
