So I just want to say whoever is calling to speak with patients please make sure they are verifying they are talking to the right person. Never been a patient at this office but bc I said hello, and all I heard was "after reviewing x-rays you have a MASS" I immediately stopped the lady bc I was confused and my heart dropped as if it was for me so I asked who are you looking for, she then stated who she was looking for, she did apologize but again that should have been how she started off the call, and also might I add being ... read more
Dr. Velez is an OUTSTANDING doctor. She goes above and beyond for her patients. She is very knowledgeable and does everything the right way. Her team gets things done right and in a timely manner. We NEVER had a doctor like her. We love her and would drive long distances just to see her. HIGHLY SATISFIED WITH HER AND HER SERVICES!
I went into the wrong waiting room with my symptoms and threw everything off for the staff, but they accompanied me and tended to me with haste .
I Love Dr. Valaz and her staff. Dr. Valaz always has time to listen and is very compassionate.
