I’d give zero stars if possible…The worst home inspection experience ever! Jeremy acted like he was a friend, then stabbed me in the back. Missed a crack in the pool that cost me over $4k to repair. Told me he was going to make it right then stopped taking my calls.
I have worked with a lot of inspectors and Jeremy and his team are hands-down the best! Great communication, punctual, and incredibly thorough. Bonus points: my giant mastiff loves them, so that means they are good people since he has is excellent judge of character. Jeremy explained everything very thoroughly and answered all my questions. He even gave me some great advice on a house I was looking to purchase. I wholeheartedly recommend Nighthawk for your inspection needs!
Top notch team of people. Can’t say enough great things about Heather coordinating everything to make our experience super smooth. Jeremy showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. The report was very thorough, and unlike other experiences with home inspectors in the past, they took their time to review the report WITH us and provide guidance. Highly recommend.
