Very happy with their service. I really like that they don't jack my rate up every year or two. Local means a lot to me. I love that they give back to the community with their amazing Christmas light display.

Awful customer service, innefficient monitoring, damaging installation. – I signed a three-year contract with Nighthawk and have been disappointed from the beginning. First, they began to charge me more than they'd said and I realized that they hadn't given me a copy of the part of the contract that stated they would give me this deal.
