We waited 25mins outside in the rain and cold,to check in as recption door was locked. We had to go through the bar to get attention, when we saw a staff member looking at us, and did nothing. When we did get seen to the lady lied and said that she was just there a minute ago, and was completely rude. Rooms were not ready at 2.30 and we had the cleaner finishing off the room whilst we were in it.
