Met James the manager last night as I needed a hand with finding my room and getting in he’s very nice and respectful the customer service is great friendly and great two have a talk two and the room is great very clean and very nice couldn’t have asked for anything better definitely come and have a feed and check it out 100% worth it

We had a fantastic 3-night stay at Springwood Hotel & Nightcap Accommodation for a work conference and honestly couldn’t fault it. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything was to a great standard. The service was the real standout. Zane, who I believe is the manager, was incredibly helpful and provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced at an accommodation or restaurant. I stayed here to be closer to the place I had to be. So, location was ok for me, but it is far from the city. The rate was a bit much for the type of accommodation, but to be honest, everything was super clean! I stayed on a Wednesday, Very quiet at night. I wished I came with family since the restaurant next door looked very good to be with young kids!
