Staff Not Attentive to customers. Walking around without acknowledgement of customers. Sad Not enough staff on either..
Worst customer service. The staff on site is friendly, which is why I’m giving one star. However, if you have any issues afterwards, you’ll be met with unfriendly and impatient staff who do everything but admit their own mistakes — such as not replying for a month and failing to give us any updates. When we finally called them a month later, we only received an annoyed response from Cathy claiming they had answered all our calls and emails.
