I recently stayed at Nightcap at Millers Inn for one night due to urgent home renovation works, and I honestly cannot praise this hotel enough. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond the call of duty with truly exceptional customer service. Mary is very excellent indeed. Good service. Charming nature and beautiful demeanor. An asset in any setting.
As soon as we arrived (partner & 5yo), we found a used syringe in the car park. Inside our room, the split system leaked all over one of the beds, leaving it wet and unusable. They couldn’t swap rooms as they were fully booked and offered a $60 food voucher but no replace bed option.
