Good value place to stay in the heart of Perth CBD, if you can get the right tariff. The queen room I had was a little cramped, but very comfortable and clean. Entrance to the property is via a side door and stairs only. Check in/out is a bit strange as you use the phone on the wall in the upstairs lobby and someone from the cafe downstairs will come and attend to you. I'm planning to stay in nightcap again next time, super comfy bed, was quite surprised to learn that the noise from the bar outdoor area went away completely right after midnight, had an awesome sleep on Friday night🩷 pretty close to main station, free drink is a plus

Entrance to the hotel is via a side door, which request a code that is provided with the booking. Once inside, have a carry the luggage up the stairs as there is no lift. There is a phone to call the Manager on Duty when checking in, just need to wait awhile, but they provide chilled bottled water. I wasn’t aware of any excessive noise from the street or bar. Good water pressure for the shower.
