Here in AVL to escape Hurricane Florence effects in Raleigh. First time here in this joint and quite impressed. From the host who gave us the best seat in the house to the server (Brittany) who treated us like we were the only customers she had the night, everything was just great. Then came the food. You had me at deviled eggs, grilled oyster and steak tartare. Ambience is well thought out and comfortable. Megan the bartender was eager to help with libation and dessert recommendations.
Excellence on every level. Beautiful food and service.

Simply one of the best meals we have ever had. Delisciously pretentious food and flavors in an unpretentious ambiance.
Starting with the “deviled eggs” like nothing we’ve ever tasted to the baby beets and the sautéed greens with lardons and more, this place wowed. And our waitress Kelly could not have been more charming! Kudos to Chefs Eric and Katie.
