If I could give Marvin and Christine 50 stars vs 5, I would! Update 9/1: quick sale ans easy close with experienced negotiators. Very happy. wife and I have been using this company for years now. They are experienced and thorough. Also friendly, funny and punctual. These are real people and not some giant, faceless corporation. 100% recommend!
