Terrible place. Unethical billing. Over charged. Don't sign up for their $130 insurance place 😒 🙄. I had an appointment to get a wisdom tooth extracted, they kept there for a really long time only for a doctor to take 30 seconds to tell she didn't have the qualifications to extract the tooth. I was charged $90 on top of the $130 Unethical billing. Avoid this place they don't care about health. They will break the bank 🏧
NIGHT AND DAY DENTAL IS SO FUCKING GHETTO DO NOT RECOMMEND THEY HAVE RESCHEDULED AND CHANGED MY APPOINTMENTS CONTINUOUSLY TODAY I DROVE ALL THE WAY FROM STEELE CREEK TO INDEPENDENCE BLVD, A 1 HR DRIVE FOR THEM TO TELL ME I COULD NOT BE SEEN. AFTER HAVING THIS APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED FOR WEEKS. Then to top it off when I had an extraction completed they only prescribed me Tylenol and I was in severe pain. This OFFICE IS SO FUCKING GHETTO THE STAFF IS UNPROFESSIONAL
I asked the operator to ask someone from the office to give me a call because I had questions about getting cleaning with braces. She was very rude and refused. I explained I dont want to pay for a consultation if they are unable to do a cleaning with braces. She stated she is unsure if they would be able to do it I would need to go to the consultation. I asked for her to ask someone in the office to give me a call to explain and she refused.
It has been a wonderful experience with Dr. Riley, Talia, and the staff @ Day and Night Dental. I was a new patient, and EVERYONE in the office was so professional. The office has a pleasant environment. Talia is patient-friendly and professional and loves what she does. Thank you for easing my anxiousness and fears. Horrible place pushing unaffordable treatment and financing. The office manager was so pushy about opening a care credit card i had a panic attack. I felt so pressured i walked out without my cleaning which was the reason for my visit. They they sent me a letter stating to find a new dentist. Instead of ever contacting me to discuss what happened. Horrible experiences and a dirty office, do not recommend.
Very unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment and waited for a hour and still was never called to be seen.
