3 Hunter Douglas skylight shades all disintegrated at the same time. Night and Day Window Decor sent someone to take a look and he recommended checking with HD to see if they were under warranty. HD replaced the blinds. I paid for installation. The work was done professionally and in a matter of days. Wonderful!

I called Night and Day Window Decor looking for help with a Hunter-Douglas skylight blind that stopped functioning. The original installer ghosted me and another dealer quoted close to $1000 for a new motor.
