This practice deserves zero stars, as stated below. They are crass, unprofessional and even mean (quite the opposite of what you'd like your doctor's office to be). Rather than communicate with their patients, they prefer passive aggressive methods, like suddenly canceling your prescription. When I called to find out why and to schedule a new check up (to renew said prescriptions), I was screamed at, mocked and hung up on twice. I would give no stars to this clinic. If you expect professionalism, sufficiency and proper care find another clinic.

I was seen here in July of 2018. I received the breast cancer gene test and it was submitted to my insurance indicating it was medically necessary. About a week later, I received approval directly from my insurance for the test, and expected the results from the office about six weeks later, as indicated by the doctor.
