RecommendedHe was completely fair with me and actually VOLuntEERed to refund money far more than a year after we had a transaction on a truck. Above and beyond what you normally expect when dealing with used vehicles. Gave me a fair deal on some minor work that continues to hold up to this day as well.
Met Nigel today for the first time, being a fellow Brit with a passion for what he does with Land Rovers. He is a person I would hope you use locally as I know he has your rovers heart in its best interests.
I took my 2002 tracker in because of problems dealing with the gear selector. The replacement of bushings resolve the problem and it was done at a surprisingly reasonable price! I plan on taking my vehicle again in soon do benefit from Nigel's expertise and reasonable price! Highly recommended.
Some may think I'm blowing smoke but I'll tell you this. My daughter purchased a Land Rover I was there to help her. We asked for a 30 day guarantee (paid a little extra but worth it). Nigel gave his word and has gone above and beyond what I ever expected. This may as well be brand new vehocle. Even fixed the little clock in the dash after resealing sunroofs, engine work and piddly stuff like armrest not working right. This place is a complete joke. I ordered a wiring harness and multiple other parts from this guy Nigel on April 19th. Here I am almost a month later 5-8-18 still have not received the wiring harness I have received the other parts last week on Thursday. I spoke with Nigel today he said he still hasn’t pulled it off the other vehicle after he’s told me at least 5 to 6 times that he shipped it in the mail this guy is a complete joke. I also payed in full on 4-19-18 let’s hope I’m not out this money.
Nigel and I have had an rough go for a bit, but worked it out. Good guy in a tough business. I'd be more than happy to buy 'em a beer. :-)
