good luck trying to reach their parts department and get accurate information. This companies parts support sold us a 3 thousand dollar controller that was incorrect for the model/serial of THEIR machine

You have a better chance of winning the lottery than getting ahold of their parts department.. Quick to sell you a machine. but no parts support. They always tell you to email them, but they never answer that either. Parts are always out of stock,always on back order. Is this because there lifts are that bad,That so many people are buying parts that there is none. technical support is ok. This company leaves much to be desired.Avoid these lifts if at all possible.

I purchased a Nifty Lift TM34T in 2020 for my business. The cost was around $22k. I rarely use the machine and currently has only 20 hrs. Yesterday I used it to make a repair on a building. When I went to move the machine from an elevated position nothing would move. I looked down at the base of the machine to see hydraulic fluid spilling from the unit. I’ve had 2 of these lifts now . SD-50 hybrids . I think they are probably the best lift of this type on the market. They have a lot of electrical but the more I get to know them I think that they are very simple compared to it’s competitors. Nifty has hydraulic valves and levers for operation instead of buttons. This is more reliable in the long run and less electrical. Their hoses last at least 10 years out in the weather which is awesome and they are reasonably priced to replace.
