This location is a great gem for fitness. Coach Aisha is awesome. She is very professional and personable and has created a fun and caring environment. She is so supportive of your fitness goals and conscious of your limitations. You aren't working out with friends but with family. We are a senior crowd but all members who feel Nifty After Fifty will enjoy this location. And we have the best music to exercise to. Thank you coach Aisha for your contributions physically, mentally and spiritually.❤
