Horrible attention from the staff. I had to wait 3 months to be scheduled for my pregnancy. They scheduled me at 10:30 am and I showed up at 10:30 am and they rescheduled because they changed my appointment with verified me. Now I have to wait another 2 months. Horrible experience. Don’t even bother coming in. They don’t put their pregnant women first.
Be aware of your co-pay and deductibles. Front office wanted to charge me $64 when my co-pay visits are $20 before met deductible. I asked if they check insurance prior to my visit and she said no. They wanted to charge me when I didn’t have to pay anything. “Doctor Nieves” is a joke, talks to people like if they were kids, instead of explaining a diagnose and walk me thru treatment he was just concerned if my insurance would cover it. Super sarcastic and unprofessional.
Never again. I would ask the doctor questions to understand what I was going through when I was pregnant and then after birth and he would rarely actually answer my doubts. He would always have “SMART/SARCASTIC remarks to make. He made me feel uncomfortable by the way he would respond to me and judged by every little thing I would say. Went in today for a check and the doctor was really friendly he let me explain my concerns and made me feel comfortable. The doctor was polite and overall visit was good I’m glad I went with this doctor.
I’m so grateful that I was recommended to see Dr. Flores and Dr. Nieves. I only wish I had known about them sooner. They are a great team and I love that I get 2 doctors looking after me. They are highly trained and experienced and I feel very confident in their care. Thank you for taking such great care of me during my pregnancy.
