NB Roofs did a very good job on our completely new roof. Replacement of new wood was done only when needed. The entire area around our home was covered to collect debris from the old roof. The hard working crew completed the job as stated. We would highly recommend NB Roofs.
Very courteous to work with & always return phone calls. I was very impressed. They coordinated directly with the company that had to remove the solar heating system for pool water from roof prior to roof. They took responsibility in contacting the builder to determine manufacturer and color of the original shingles so we had a direct replacement. The owners and family of NB (Nieves/Baker), were professional, kind and caring. They did not try to upsell and were very responsive. Their pricing was right in line with our insurance adjuster. NB made a very complicated process as easy as possible. They never bad mouthed other companies and we felt so comfortable with them. They came around several times during the reroofing to check on things. It is a family owned company in Leesburg, FL. Thank you NB! We appreciate all of you!
The roofers were very experienced and professional.They did and awesome jobs and gave seamless customer support. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs a roof!
