I have never taken time to write a review, especially negative, but Julie Rosario is truly one of the most unprofessional, incompetent, and dishonest people I have ever been forced to interact with. I lived in one of her units for 2 years, sent many ticket requests for help that were never answered, quite frankly I have never spoken to Julie and do not know what she looks like.
