We’ve been here for 5+ years , feels like 2 I’ve heard nightmare stories from Other Complexes m. Nieuw Amsterdam has a Brilliant Formula. A Manager on site ( HELEN) very helpful and Knowledgeable, Constantly updates Complex. Jose, the on site Technician / maintenance Manager is very prompt and knows Units very well , Last year we had an issue with A/C , He took care of the issue before Lunch On a Very Very Hot Day. From Daniel, I first met here. It's been great, Helen, Carlo and Pete. The maintenance men have been incredible too. Thanks for the help today.Making sure I was safe and doing an air quality test and maintenance to the smoke detector thank you.
Pete is awesome! Called in with an issue Sunday evening and he came right away to address the problem and fix it asap. Left a detailed note of what was done bc I was not home when he came back in the morning which was much appreciated! Thank you Pete!!
I’m really impressed with the quick and efficient service from Nieuw Amsterdam Apartment Homes! My refrigerator issue was fixed almost immediately after I reported it. The maintenance team was prompt, professional, and courteous. Truly appreciate the spontaneous response — great job keeping residents happy!
