Overall great no complaints staff is amazing and does their job to the best of their ability it's 5 star from me Halen is awesome too very great with a welcoming energy she's professional and great at what she does I'd recommend this community any day any time.

I was on a tight schdule and needed a place ASAP due to other real estate agents dropping the ball and Helen was able to get everything in order and have a place available for me. Very professional and courteous. Willing to go above what most managers will do.
I found the rental agent/manager Helen to be extremely nice and enjoyed meeting her. The apartments themselves are old however they are bring upgraded and I find them to be comfortable. There is a an air conditioner for the living room however none in the bedroom. If you want air-conditioning in your bedroom you are allowed to install a window unit.
We just renewed our lease here! I believe we are now on our third year. We lived here prior to this era for about a year and came back because we loved it here. Helen at the leasing office is great. Jose the maintenance guy and their new hire who I forgot his name so I apologize is great! Any maintenance requests have always been handled in a timely matter. The community is kept clean, people are friendly and it’s safe. Love that I am near so many restaurants and stores. Perfect location centered in the middle of everything.... read more
