Pete is awesome! Called in with an issue Sunday evening and he came right away to address the problem and fix it asap. Left a detailed note of what was done bc I was not home when he came back in the morning which was much appreciated! Thank you Pete!!
I’m really impressed with the quick and efficient service from Nieuw Amsterdam Apartment Homes! My refrigerator issue was fixed almost immediately after I reported it. The maintenance team was prompt, professional, and courteous. Truly appreciate the spontaneous response — great job keeping residents happy!

I recently had my apartment painted, new carpet installed and bathtub repainted. I cannot say enough about Pete! He went above and beyond to oversee the painters and carpet installation went perfectly! He communicated with me and made this experience for me stress free.
