Disgusting overpriced apartments. I toured their place on Highland a few weeks back. Definitely super overpriced for the neighborhood, not clean, and the elevator got stuck on the wrong floor & started rattling. There was newspaper wedged keeping the front doors open and unlocked. Definitely not safe!! And their speaker system doesnt even work. If my doorbell rings, I;d want to know who was there before walking down 3 flights of stairs! not the place advertised. My apartment is fantastic and the amenities are excellent! The property manager is super responsive and respectful. This is a small, family run business and the owners truly care about their tenants and the quality of their properties. I would highly recommend renting from NIETS.
