Nierman Pools came highly recommended by more than one person. Unfortunately, I have left 4 messages for Duane and even spoke with Jimi, giving him all of the specifications of our desire to obtain a quote for a new fiberglass pool. Jimi ensured he would have Duane contact me the next day. That was over a week ago and I still have yet to hear from anyone. Very poor customer service.

They are patient, knowledgeable and never make you feel dumb if you can't get your chemicals right. They have a wealth of knowledge that no other pool company has. They are able to make older concrete pools look like new and work magic on cranky pool covers. From the office to the unsung men and women in the trucks, they are my heroes, I couldn't swim without them!
