I can in for a fitting of my $360 shoe inserts and paid the office visit . Dr Neimi says I don’t do that and it’s up to you to trace and fit them yourself.. wrong!! I called the manager and she said that’s the whole purpose of coming back to see the doctor to be fitted.! I filed a claim with my insurance .
Dr Niemi is thorough and knowledgeable -and he cracks me up (funny). Highly recommend.
Takes time to talk to you and hear your concerns
I have been seeing Dr. Niemi for 25 years now! He has done probably 6-8 surgeries on my feet over the years at least. Everything from bunions to plantar fascists and toe surgeries. I'm getting ready to see him in a few days with a new issue. He has been amazing always. I definitely wouldn't be going there for 25 years if he wasn't an excellent surgeon and an overall really nice person! The office staff have been consistently respectful and attentive all of these years as well. Highly recommend.
I' m very pleased with Dr Niemi' s work. My last visit was 2021( to get new orthotics) but I met him years ago when I broke my big toe! ( He was located in Durham, NC then). After the healing of my toe, I started experiencing plantar fasciitis. He introduced me to orthotics and the benefits of them. All of his medical advice & treatments along with recommendations for foot wear were a success to my healing. He will always be my go to foot doctor 😁. And he is silly, you will laugh and heal!
