These great people are unbelievable! We left home with our camper from maple grove headed to the Florida Keys. We broke a leaf spring in Lakeville while pulling into a gas station. I called the closest rv dealer, and Jim answered. I told him our situation, and he told me I could have it towed there and he would get on it. The second the flatbed pulled into his lot, he was on it. It took longer to get a tow and brought there than it did for Jim to replace both leaf springs. He is an absolute life saver. Nice family owned RV store. Highly recommend them. Easy to work with. Comfortable purchase process.
They took forever to get my topper and when they finally did they had is installed too far back, the color isn't a perfect match and the inside trim is put in poorly. I pointed out the positioning and was told that is don't on purpose to keep the topper from hitting the cab. Ok. I moved it myself. They blamed the color on clear coat. I can live with the color being a shade off but it should be noted, they had the color code and didn't match the color on a new truck. I purchased a fiberglass truck topper through Niemeyer in June for my new 2024 pickup truck. They were about $100 more expensive than two other truck accessory stores, but their delivery time was a little faster and were family owned/operated so I was fine with paying a little extra. Both the owners were very friendly and polite each time that we spoke.
