I am very unhappy with how they took advantage of a situation and had a answer for everything except how with a 700 sq foot was made in to a 900 foot job and I still have enuff extra carpet to cover a 12 x 15 foot room. Had the jod looked at by to other companies and the concensus it over billed for carpet and labor. We got takin advantage of and they won't make it correct. Never doing business with again. Niemanns American Flooring is a Awesome company. I had not looked at carpet in many years, and was on a limited budget, and the carpet i found fit my budget and the carpet is awesome. I am so very very pleased with the carpet and the folks who laid my carped did a great job, professional and very very courteous. I can't thank them enough for their help in finding me carpet that fit my budget and will most definitely be back to buy more from them. **** *******
I am very very sorry I did not do my home work first! I have our new house basement carpeted and got charged for 200 square foot of extra carpet. I have 12 x 13 for of carpet in a pile in our garage. Basement area was under 700 sq. Ft. And I got billed for 930 and labor for all! Nice! I had it remessured by a few other professional companies and all agree we got takin advantage of! I am truly and genuinely upset with Niemann’s American Flooring. We paid out thousands of dollars to this business for professional flooring and installation. Then the nightmare began. They ruined our flooring and our door jams in our newly built home. The first set of installers cut up our door jams and the installation alone was bad enough, but the flooring had many flaws showing throughout.
