We hired Kirt and Niemann Homes to renovate our condominium. The craftsmanship was beyond expected. The project finished ahead of schedule and within the original estimate. Niemann Homes/Kurt Reinert came to our rescue after hurricane Ian. Our condominium was destroyed down to the studs and Kurt came in quickly with a plan. He came up with a design and then provided the names of suppliers for us to shop for all of our finishes. Niemann homes then restored our home quickly and beautifully.
