We lived at Nieman Square for two years until we moved because we bought a home. We loved our apartment. It was recently remodeled and was very clean and spacious. The staff is amazing, caring, and attentive. There are fun community events, nice new loungers by the pool for tanning, a cute clubhouse and very nice tenants in these apartments. Thank you all for everything. We will miss the apartment!
3 vehicle break-ins across the entire property in one year. Currently writing this during the 3rd. The other 2 involved 10-12 other residents’ cars… each night. Management refuses to acknowledge that additional cameras could help but claim “crime has no zip code.” It sure does actually and that would be 66203. For $1400 a month do better.
Nice apartments, but hate that they go fast. Close to alot of stuff in the area but hate there so pricey...
