My roommate and I have LOVED living here for the past year! We have had no complaints. The apartment was freshly painted with new carpet when we moved in. Management is always incredibly kind, professional, and are quick to respond to questions or concerns. We feel safe where we are, it is incredibly sound proof so it feels private and cozy, and the residents uphold the smoke free rule which we really appreciate. I have lived in other apartment complexes, and this is my favorite by far!
I have lived here going on 3 years and I love it here. If I ever need maintenance or have any issues they are addressed quickly. Everyone has always been very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!
Very wonderful complex to live in for the price! I highly recommend living here! By far my favorite apartment I’ve lived in. Maintenance showed up in a timely manner in the handful of times I needed them. Front office is friendly and extremely helpful. Move in process was smooth and efficient. Recently broke my lease to move halfway across the country. They were understanding and made that process smooth and efficient as well. The property is well cared for and when I moved in it was very very clean.
These apartments are a joke! For the price you can find something better. I regret so much renewing my contract. first day I told the staff I was allergic to pets and to make sure everything was clean and well vacuumed and it was not. So much pet hair everywhere they had to come back wash the carpet and my allergies were so bad until I took a look at the air filter and it look like it had never been changed.
