Fast, fair, kind, high-quality service. I've had two amazing interactions with Nielson Water: first, several years ago, I had trouble with my water softener. After finding a service receipt from Nielson Water in the paperwork I received when I bought the house, I called and received prompt service. About a month later, I received a partial refund because Charlie Nielson had seen that his cost for a part was actually slightly lower than he'd charged me. Who does that? My well pump abruptly failed one September Sunday morning, and I lost water in the entire house. Michael Nielson came out the same day to replace it, for a reasonable price. He was also flexible with payment options since I'd run out of checks. Very happy with his company.
