Sales Staff is good. Their knowledge of product is fair. I made an appointment for 8am on 9 March. Arrived a few minutes early. Waited about 20 minutes for someone to greet me. Ha Ha. A lady from the Warranty came out and said "Dude I can not help you. We have a meeting" I tried to explain that I had an appointment. She was very rude and continued the "Dude" crap. Just got back from dropping my new rig off with Cassey in service. She was great when i came to addressing all my problems. We bought our Citation out of state. She made us feel that we picked the right place to get our first service done. Thanks Cassey we will be in touch soon. Mary Day
Brought my motor home in. Joel Saucier went the extra mile to help me get it repaired and workable that very day, as we needed it that evening. I highly recommend Nielson RV for their friendly and reliable service.
I had an outstanding experience at Nielson RV yesterday, due in large part to Paul Bartschi. He is an extremely knowledgable sales associate with many years of experience in all aspects of sales in the world of RVs. His approach was friendly yet straight forward which I really appreciated. He also provided me with great information that I found to be very helpful. My time was well spent.
Awful service. The salesman never returned my phone call. When I reached back out, they hung up on me. Not a great way to treat an eager customer!

Awesome Company, great employees
My mom bought a wildcat. Was on a waiting list. Once she got it she was not happy with it. They rushed to put it together. Handles to drawers were in one drawer not put on. Trim was not put up over entry inside. Weather stripping was bubbling on outside. The axle broke twice stranding my mom. Shelves were not secured. Light fixtures fell exposing hot wires. Very unsafe. Dealer will not fix. My mom spent over 4,000 on repairs. I worry about my mom's safety now and question the company for selling her a model that was not full... read more
We have visited the Hurricane location on two occasions. Even tho we were just "window shopping " for now, Mike was totally willing to show us anything we wanted to see. He also was very forthcoming in answering questions and concerns and free with imparting wisdom and advice even from personal experience. We have decided to rent an RV to get the feel of it. Debbi at the St George location was also totally awesome to work with. Great business people.
