I just had new engineered hardwood floors installed by Nielsen Fine Floors of Lincoln. James helped me select the absolute beautiful floor along with Alec. My floors are stunning and have completely transformed my home. They were so nice, helpful and offered wonderful service and prices. The installers worked tirelessly to make everything perfect!! I highly recommend them.
Nielson Fine Floors team did an amazing job replacing the floors in my home. I actually found them on Yelp. I reached out for consult and to get an estimate. Making an appointment was very easy and got the quote for the work very quick. Once I decided to move forward, we scheduled it quickly as well. The floor installers were excellent and professional. They cleaned up everything before they leave everyday. I am happy with my new floors. I highly recommend Nielson Fine Floors.
We just got a 100% floor replacement installed by Nielson Fine Floors. I will be honest, coming into this process I knew nothing about the flooring types and which kind would be best for our home and 3 pets. Jim and his son were super patient and fielded 100% of my questions. They were up-front and honest, and I could just tell they were "shooting me straight." Follow up feedback . The owner is very dishonest. BE AWARE! I am sorry but pee yes but feces NO. You were 2 hours late. I have no reason to lie but we had smelly floor issues and that was explained to you initially. The pets have allergies no what you stated about skin issues because of the floors. I guess you are a veterinarian too ! Come on! Why LIE?? You stated that you could not breath . Are you serious ! You never said that as we were already insulted by your comment it smelled.
