We just got a 100% floor replacement installed by Nielson Fine Floors. I will be honest, coming into this process I knew nothing about the flooring types and which kind would be best for our home and 3 pets. Jim and his son were super patient and fielded 100% of my questions. They were up-front and honest, and I could just tell they were "shooting me straight." Follow up feedback . The owner is very dishonest. BE AWARE! I am sorry but pee yes but feces NO. You were 2 hours late. I have no reason to lie but we had smelly floor issues and that was explained to you initially. The pets have allergies no what you stated about skin issues because of the floors. I guess you are a veterinarian too ! Come on! Why LIE?? You stated that you could not breath . Are you serious ! You never said that as we were already insulted by your comment it smelled. Nielsen Fine Floors did a FANTASTIC job installing new floors in our home. James was so helpful with assisting us which choices of flooring and how the whole process of installation works. The installers were excellent, and cleaned up everything before they left each day. I absolutely Love my new floors as it has changed the look of our home. I Highly recommend them to anyone searching for a First Class floor company.

Nelson Flooring did an excellent job from start to finish. Communication was great throughout the entire process, which really put us at ease. The crew was professional, respectful of our home, and did a thorough job prepping before installation. When the work was finished, everything was cleaned up nicely. My wife absolutely loves the floor, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Highly recommend Nelson Flooring.
