When you walk in you are greeted right away. The people are very friendly and willing to answer any questions you have.
My family of the has seen Dr. Neilson since he came back to Walla Walla and opened on 2nd street. He is a wonderfully friendly man and explains things in an easy to understand manner. He has been a great doctor for my eye health issues as well. The whole office is very accommodating when it comes to getting you what you want that is affordable to you.
Doctor Nielsen and his staff are just AMAZING. I am always welcomed with smiles and genuine “hello, how are you?”. That is, what I call, great customer service! The place is always clean, neat, well organized and very welcoming. If you are looking for a new eye care professional, I would highly recommend Nielsen Eye Care!
