As a patient of Dr, Neilsen for over 10 years, received berating behavior on our last appointment and never going back. Requested a referral to an ophthalmologist and when he realized I wasn't in for a general billed exam became condescending and argumentative while I sat there in his treatment chair completely weaving out of the request. Called the clinic the following morning, explained the situation to the manager and picked up my records. Done with authoritative white coat practice.

Visited them for the first time. Friendly staff and very good doctor. He was thorough and very informative.
We have been seen Dr Nielsen for the last 6 years or so for our family eye exams. Last fall my wife and daughter had their exam done and got their prescription for glasses. We ended up buying glasses from an online store as it a lot more affordable. When the glasses for my daughter arrived, she could not see clear out of the one side.
