Terrible customer service. When I reached out about an erratic and violent neighbor, manager Sarah Martens replied "I know how she is." Their behavior increasingly got worse because management refused to take action. Maintenance requests are ignored for weeks and staff demands tenants to make arrangements with third party vendors for all repairs, as major as replacing broken appliances or as simple as changing a light bulb in the lobby.
