Really wanted to make a deal with Neilsen but their lenders are rather predatory. After being pre-approved at several other reputable dealers for around 7-8% even with no money down, Neilsen wants 5k down as well as 15% for 72 months, meaning their lenders simply want you to give then 4-5k as a fee just for them covering the full loan, bringing the sticker price up almost $10,000. JM&A platinum warranty - Giving us the run around. My wife bought a 2019 Kia sorento EX from Nielson Nissan in 2022. They sold my wife a JM&A platinum warranty. Fast forward almost 3 years , at 67 000 miles , the oil pan suffered "catastrophic failure " leaked a lot of oil quickly and now the engine makes metalic rattling sounds. Kia have diagnosed the issue and JM&A 's assessor has been out to verify the oil pan failed.
