Got a really good deal on a used car today and Debbie was awesome, very friendly and helpful!
RecommendedMy 2016 Ford Flex developed an oil leak,this dealer located the problem which not a ford factory defect but a defective oil filter installed by a private service company. Big repaired the problem quickly and at a very reasonable cost. I did not purchase this vehicle from them but I will consider them when I go to replace it.
The service is exceptional. Rachel and Joe really go above and beyond to provide great service.

I want to thank Joe (service manager) and his team of technicians in the service department at Big Ford for going above and beyond to help get my ford escape repaired and back on the road. I quit going to pine Ford and chose to drive 30 miles away because of the old service department staff. They are gone now and I am very happy with the knowledge and customer service provided by the folks at Big Ford. I will be returning with my other vehicles as well for all my service needs. Thanks again.
