Nielsen built the Walter Pyramid for CSU Log Beach, which has had constant structural issues for over 30 years now. A $22 million dollar project that has no doubt cost millions more by now in repairs. A total failure of a build that is costing countless students hundreds of thousands in tuition that could have gone to improved student services, but instead has been funneled into this failure of a build. I'm sorely disappointed.
