Best property manager I've ever had, always polite and responsive. Most importantly, honest. P.S. The negative reviews are simply bizarre, and that's not just coming from me, everyone I know who's worked with him has nothing but good things to say about him.
How disappointing. Called and was provided information from Eric regarding property management. He stated, there is no contractual need between our tenant and them/us, for Niels G. Nielsen to become our property manager. The only contract is between Niels G. Nielsen and us. I requested to view the contract, I was denied and was immediately hung up on.
How disappointing. Eric tells me there is no contractual obligation to become our property manager, that there only contract is between them and us. I asked to see the contract and I was denied and hung up on. Wow. No way I trust a property manager that won’t let me review their contract to perform my due diligence.
This management company took over right before I was about to move. They wouldn't honor my move out time already set with the old company so I had to pay for the whole month. I knew I wasn't getting my deposit back because of a paint spill but they charged me for pins and broken blinds that were already there when I moved in. Why am I paying for someone to dump trash in Seattle? Are there no dumps in Silverdale or port orchard?
