A contractor working for Niels Fugal Sons Co. made a mistake and accidently hit some power cords in my yard while installing Fiber net. That created a surge in my power that "fried" my cable and my furnace circuit board and motor. No more air conditioning. Well, I reported this damage and estimates for repair to Niels Fugal Sons and they stepped up! They covered the cost of their contractor's mistake! I totally see why these guys have such poor reviews; First of all, they were supposed to let all the neighbors know by leaving pamphlets at the door that they were going to be doing work, but they failed to follow through with procedure and protocol (Her excuse when I called customer service was that they were just too busy; But that’s your job!!!) Well I understand why this company has a horrible 3.5 rating here in st.george one of the drivers of this company in a company truck cut me off by cutting over 2 lanes to squeeze in then was yelling out of his own window when passed tried calling company to inform of bad wreckless driver I have his truck # and a picture of the individual but no one answers and never get a phone call back horrible how they have so much "safety" all over their website but can't teach their employees the safety of driving a big truck and cuttin... read more

While working in our neighborhood, they broke a main water line to multiple houses, so they turned off the water and then left for the night without telling anyone. So families couldn’t shower or use the restroom or make dinner, unannounced, so nobody was prepared for this. Then, they broke a main sprinkler line and shut off the neighborhood sprinklers for the entire Labor Day Weekend while it’s over 100 degrees every day. And apparently they’re drinking too. Absolute joke of a company. Do not use them.
