I called to get replacement bulbs for my 2020 BMW X5 M edition. The person who answered the phone was helpful and tentative to my call. I’m docking one star because he was not very knowledgeable about my vehicle outside of what information his computer generated. My fog lamp bulb is out and I need a specific Xenon Bulb for the ballast because I have adaptive lighting. L Perfect place! Awesome staff! I only recommend this BMW dealer over BMW of Sacramento or BMW of Roseville. The best service for the best people. I understand that everyone has their own experience, I have been servicing my BMW here for more than 2 years and no one has ever deceived me. The sales department is also the best of all in our area. 5 stars.
