Closest Acura to us so I've been using them for oil changes and other maintenance for a while, but this is the last time. I always make an appointment and still end up waiting for hours. Today's appointment was at 10. Originally told it would take an hour and a half when I spoke to someone on the phone. When I dropped off since I wasn't waiting here, I was told they'd have it done by 1. Called at 1:30 and they said they're trying to get it done by 2/2:30. It's 1:40 now and I'm sitting waiting.
