We brought my daughter here a few months ago. She had an abscess tooth come up and we needed help. Her appointment was a little over an hour long. They took X-rays and came up with a treatment plan. However the lack of empathy and compassion in this office speaks for itself. They were not gentle or easy on my daughter. Forcing her mouth open so they could continue doing what they were doing. I wouldn't recommend this. Their level of professionalism is lacking.
This place is amazing! We use to see them when they were in Tiffin and i now drive an hour away to still continue seeing them. They have always been so great with all 3 of my kids. Dr. Randy is especially nice and patient with my daughter who has sensory issuses. Shes had surgery with him and teeth filled and pulled in office as well with no problems at all!
