Totally unprofessional salon! Mercedes did not listen to what I wanted for highlights. I tried telling her when started that she wasn't doing it right but she continued with the way she was doing it. I have layered hair, when she cut the bottom layer of the back of my hair. She did not touch the rest. It literally took her 15 seconds to cut and she was done. I was not happy and asked to speak to a manager. She totally lied to the manager and told her that she asked me if I wanted the layers cut! I asked the manager ... read more
I came in to get a haircut with no appointment. I was willing to wait and it was a little after 5. No one ever came to the front counter. I could hear people and I said hello a few times. I sat down and decided to wait, I waited for 27 minutes and no one ever acknowledged that I was there, the phone rang and they never answered it. I finally tried their website to book an appointment and it said they were booked. I even called and no one answered, so I finally left.
Go see Mercedes! She is awesome! My hair hasn't felt this good ever, and I love, love, love, my new color! Everytime I walk out of Nieco's, she makes me feel beautiful and confident again. I couldn't ask for a better place to get your hair done. It's such a peaceful and calm environment. I've even started bringing my daughter to see her too! We just love her.
Wonderful place, great ladies here. Super nice look on the inside. Heather cuts my husband's hair. She took him from a 1 to a 10. What? I shouldn't call my husband a 1? I married him didn't I? What if my review said: Heather took him from a 10 to a 10...doesn't make sense does it? Plus, my husband has a beautiful soul and that's what counts, bless his heart. Anyways, we love Nieco's and we love Heather ❤️ 😍
Mercedes did an amazing job on my hair. I had went to a place I had never been to before. They messed up my hair so bad I was crying when I called Niecos. Mercedes answered and had some availability. She got me right in and fixed my hair. I am so thankful for her! She did such an amazing job! Thank you Mercedes ❤️
