I have long considered myself a bit of a Biscuits & Gravy connoisseur - I'm always on the hunt for the best and Niecie's is definitely serving up some of the best I've ever had. The biscuits are big and fluffy with just a little buttery crisp on the bottom. The gravy is just right - not too thick, not too thin - rich and flavorful with lots of sausage chunks lolling around.
