I have been renting from Niebler Properties for a few years now. I am very pleased with them. I needed something fixed in my apartment. The maintenance crew was very efficient and knew how to fix the problem quickly and did it in a timely fashion The crew was very friendly and polite. Also, the management here is outstanding. They truly care about their tenants wether on a personal level or a safety level. Great company to rent from and I appreciate them all. You should check them out!
Horrible place to live so glad I was able get out of there and found a place I can actually call home! If I were you I wouldn't waste your time to apply for this place. These people are rude sketchy and unprofessional. Maintenance manager in Appleton is horrible tried to call and text numerous times about the mold on the roof and in the closets before it got worse (even spent money on mold removers it wouldn't come off it just kept getting worse) with no response even after requesting online ! Lived here for SEVEN years. Paid rent on time and was ahead $189 at time of 28 day notice. The only reason I can even remotely think of as a reason to kick me out with threat of eviction is that I reported sexual harassment by maintenance staff to the police after NOT receiving any response from the management. Not a safe place for single women. I am 63.
