Jenny Thompson manager at Colonial Court Apartments (Neibler Properties Group) is very professional, polite and very good at what she does; addressing issues and making sure that your time here at Colonial Court is home.
Denis Did a great job! Was nice and polite !
Rather be homeless than rent from these people that should never be allowed to rent to people wish I could give them a zero star
My air conditioner wouldn't come on..I did my own troubleshooting to no avail, so I called Tim..he came over within the hour..he did the same and found the cord wasn't plugged in far enough..cool..all fixed..
