I went to her office for my first visit having transferred from another primary care physician who no longer took my insurance. I was in excruciating pain from back problems, suffered from lung problems and kidney problems. I was using a walker to get everywhere. She prescribed, as part of her diagnosis and treatment, a prescription for prednisone. In one day I was pain free and tossed the walker aside. She takes as much time with you as you need. Dr. Kaul is the best doc experience I've had since my pediatrician (and he's a local legend). She's just as busy as all the others but she still manages to hear concerns and address them in a way that doesn't feel rushed. Her pragmatic approach is appreciated just as much as her compassionate nature. She's just nice, guys. As a rule, be prepared to wait for a while - the appointments can get backed up (waits have ranged 5-45 minutes in last 6 months). Support staff (admin & medical) are great.
