I appreciated how detailed she was in her explanation of my medical. It was a great education for me in an area that I was seeking answers.
While I greeted Ms Gupta with a complaint about paying $45 for someone to look inside my ear, Dr Gupta proceeded to do what she does best, listen, examine and solve issues that she is posed with.When the appmt was finished. I received more knowledge and care than I imagined and she solved issues with an ear that wasn't on my list.
